Terms of service

Effective October 8, 2026.

These terms cover grinningbuffalomedia.com and the work you buy from Grinning Buffalo Media (“we”). We are based in Yukon, Oklahoma. Paying for a package, a campaign, or the HVAC videos means you agree to these terms. Questions go to hello@grinningbuffalomedia.com.

The work

We sell branding, mascots, graphics, websites, jingles, event pieces, marketing campaigns, and job-site videos for HVAC shops. The price and what is included are the ones on the page you buy from, or in a written quote if we send one. If a quote and the page disagree, the quote controls for that job.

Listed times are estimates, written as “about” a number of days or weeks. The HVAC first batch is delivered within 10 days of payment and a completed brief. If you are late with photos, clips, logins, or answers, the delivery date moves by the same amount.

Payment

• Prices are in US dollars.
• Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
• Work starts only after payment and the brief, photos, or other files we asked for.
• HVAC monthly is $1,497, billed up front, for 12 videos, captions, and the posting calendar. The pilot is $750 for the first 6 videos. If you continue within 14 days, the pilot is credited to month one. Ad cuts are an extra $500 for 4 videos recut for paid ads, plus the ad text.

HVAC videos

• Month to month. Cancel before the next billing date and you will not be billed again.
• You get one round of text or caption fixes. A new shoot, or a new set of photos, is a new month.
• You post the videos, unless you share access and we agree to post them.
• Videos are for organic posts. They are not cleared for paid ads unless you buy the ad-cut add-on.
• This is a content retainer. It is not a promise of a set number of calls, leads, or booked repairs.

What you send us

You confirm you own the photos, clips, logos, and other files you send, or that you have the right to let us use them for the job. Do not send faces, street addresses, or paperwork unless you have permission. You let us use those files to do the work you hired us for.

Revisions

Where a package says “one revision round,” that round is included. A revision is a change to the direction you already approved. A new direction after approval, extra rounds, or work that was not in the package is a new charge, agreed by email before we start it.

Files and credit

Once the job is paid in full, you may use the final files we deliver for your business. Unused sketches stay with us unless the package says you receive them. We may show finished work on this site and in our portfolio. Email us before delivery if you do not want a job shown.

No promise of results

We do not guarantee sales, leads, rankings, ad results, or a set number of calls. Social platforms can change their rules or reject a post. That is outside this agreement.

Cancellations and refunds

• If you paid and we have not started, email hello@grinningbuffalomedia.com and we will refund that payment.
• Once work has started, the fee for that job is not refunded. The work is made for your business and cannot be resold.
• An HVAC month already billed is not refunded once that month’s videos are underway. Cancel before the next billing date to stop the next charge.
• The $750 pilot is not refunded once those 6 videos are underway. If you continue within 14 days, it is credited to month one. If you do not continue, you keep the videos and the pilot is not credited.
• Email us before you dispute a charge with your card company.

The website

You may use the site to read the offers and send a brief. Do not misuse the forms, the chat, or the site. The words and pictures on the site belong to Grinning Buffalo Media unless a client job is marked as their work.

Limits

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits. Our total liability for a job is the amount you paid us for that job. Some places do not allow a limit like this. In those places, the limit applies only as far as the law allows.

Law

These terms follow the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are handled in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be on this page with a new date. A job already paid for stays on the terms in place when you paid.
